Product Returns

 

We happily accept returns of UNUSED AND UNDAMAGED products. You can return any product for any reason and get a full refund. You will be refunded for the price of the product only. We do not pay for any return shipping fees, nor do we refund the original shipping fees.

 

We also do not pay for any brokerage, GST or duty fees if this is incurred during shipping either way.

 

The products must be received within 90 days of the PURCHASE date. We do not accept product return requests after 90 days. We issue your refund as soon as we receive the product back. Please note that your financial institution could take up to seven business days to reflect this transaction.

 

To return a product that you purchased from us (note we do not accept returns from other vendors), contact us to request a return merchandise authorization. Please do not ship a product to us until you have contacted us! If you send us a message via our Contact Us page, it should include:

  1. Your full name;
  2. A valid email address;
  3. Your shipping address and telephone number;
  4. Your invoice or Paypal invoice number; and
  5. A description of the item or items you would like to return.

 

Please include a copy of your invoice with the item being returned.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

 

Contact us immediately if your order arrives damaged, or if an item does not meet your expectations. A photograph is required to prove your claim. If the item is defective or damaged we will, at our own expense, send out a replacement.

 

Exchanges

 

We do not offer exchanges for returned products.

 

Cancellations

 

Contact us immediately if you want to cancel an order.

 

Although we will do our best to cancel your order at once, our ability to do so depends on when the order was placed and when you contact us to cancel it. We therefore cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order before it ships.

 

If you request a cancellation AFTER you have received the tracking email and you refuse delivery when your order arrives it will be returned to us eventually by the shipping agent. We will still refund your purchase but not the original or return shipping fees under such circumstances.

 

Suitability of Product

 

Deckor Solutions Limited or its suppliers do not warrant that items purchased from this site comply with local or national codes. The purchaser is responsible for assessing this and always complying with the relevant codes.

 

Product Liability

 

In no event shall Deckor Solutions Limited or its suppliers be liable for any loss or damage, direct or otherwise, which results from the improper installation or use of the product. If for any reason, Deckor Solutions becomes liable for any loss or damage, direct or otherwise, the aggregate liability of Deckor Solutions Limited shall be limited to the retail purchase price of the product, or purchase price paid by the purchaser (whichever is the lesser).
