Prices and Taxes
All product pricing on our website is exclusive of taxes. Our system tries to apply the correct tax, but is only accurate when it knows the delivery address for an order.
For New Zealand customers pricing is shown exclusive of GST, although your shopping cart will shows New Zealand GST in the summary and this will also be applied at checkout if a New Zealand delivery address is selected.
For overseas customers pricing is shown exclusive og GST, although your shopping cart will show New Zealand GST up to the time that you enter your delivery address. If your delivery address is outside New Zealand then no NZ GST will be applied (although you maybe liable for customs, duty or taxes upon entry into your country which are the responsibility of the purchaser).
Shipping Methods and Costs
Because our products are high quality and made of steel, the average weight of each package is 4-6kg. Please note that all our online shipping prices are for orders up to 25kgs (approximately 24 brackets) in total. Orders in excess of this require a special shipping quote (in addition to potentially additional customs documentation).
As a result, we base our shipping fees on the greater of actual weight or volumetric weight of your purchase. Your shipping charge reflects the costs for that particular weight.
New Zealand orders are generally shipped by NZ Post Parcel Post Tracked which has a delivery target of 1-3 days throughout New Zealand.
Australia orders are shipped by NZ Post International Economy Courier with a tracked signature required. This typically takes 3-6 days for deliveries into Australia.
Other overseas orders are shipped by NZ Post International Economy Courier where available or Intenational Air where this is not available (we can quote on International Express Courier that is typically half the time but three times the cost). This typically takes 3-10 days to reach its destination.
All orders outside New Zealand are shipped on the basis that all customs, tax/GST, duty and entry costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. As a general guide items entering Australia with a value under AUD1000 do not attract customs or GST charges.
No On-Time Guarantee
We have no control over our shipping partners, their operations, or events that affect their delivery schedules. We therefore do not guarantee on-time delivery.

No Liability For Customer Data Entry Errors
We are not responsible for customer errors in delivery address entry or delivery method. Please review your order and contact us immediately if you find mistakes.
Customer Absence
If you or your designated recipient are not home to accept your parcel, and the delivery person can not find a secure drop point for it, he or she may make up to two additional attempts to deliver your package.
We are not responsible if you or your designated recipient is absent during any delivery attempts and, as a result, the package is returned to us as undeliverable. In such a case, an additional fee will apply to reship your package. If you choose to cancel your order after an instance of non-delivery, we will deduct the original shipping fee from your refund.
Business Days
A Business Day is a regular work day. Business Days do not include weekends or local statutory holidays.
Processing Time
Orders received between Monday and Friday are usually processed the same business day or the next day. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday are usually processed on Monday.
