Use this 19mm (3/4") diameter hole saw and arbor to prepare the ends of 50mm x 100mm rails for use with our RailStrong connectors.  Depth of cut is 47mm (1-7/8”).

You can use our 50x100 center guide to quickly and easily locate the center of your 50x100 and plunge the hole saw to a depth of about 30mm, just short of the length of the tube on the RailStrong connector.   Tap set the anchor and finish with two screws.

Arbor requires a 9/5mm (3/8”) chuck.
